        History

        Arthur Duclos was born in Quesnel on January 11, 1917 and raised in Quesnel. He drove truck for a number of years before joining the Royal Canadian Navy during WWII. After the war he returned to Quesnel and worked in the logging industry as well as for the Department of Highways. Art never married. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed camping and travelling with his friends. Art died on May 18, 1997.
