The collection consists of 287 black and white and 2 colour photographs, taken mostly by Janet Carson, of the Alfred and Mary Ann (Boyd) Carson family and friends in Quesnel, Cottonwood and surrounding area, the development of Quesnel, and various trips taken to Barkerville, Vancouver and Victoria.
