The collection consists of assorted maps of the Coquitlam area that have been donated or transferred to the City of Coquitlam Archives and are not part of a specific fonds or collection.

Fonds consists of textual records of the Red Mountain Ski Club from 1933 - 1999. Includes constitution, history, minutes, minutes – executive, minutes AGM, correspondence, financial records, purchase orders, legal records, president’s manual, planning and development, lists, reports, managers report, race reports, proposals, studies, specifications, newsletters, certificates, press releases/notices/memorandums, personnel, job descriptions, programs, clippings, ephemera, maps, notices/file notices.

Fonds consists of records of the Rossland-Trail Olympic Promotions Committee from 1960-1962. Fronds include constitution and bylaws, minutes, correspondence, questionnaire, financial records, reports, certificates, ephemera, maps, photographs, and clippings.

The collection consists largely of research materials and notes created in the preparation of Boire's book "With Hearts and Minds" published in 2016. The remainder of the collection consists of materials collected by Boire from Caisse Populaire Maillardville Credit Union, as well as accumulated material pertaining to Boire's involvement in several community initiatives, such as the Maillardville Residents' Association, Maillardville revitalization and planning, and Place Maillardville.

Materials include correspondence, photographs, administrative records, interviews, reports, handwritten notes, clippings, advertising and professional materials, newsletters, research materials, prints, postcards, ephemera, a map, embossing seals, a lid from a glass milk bottle, and other documents. The collection also includes a manuscript copy of "With Hearts and Minds."

Item 1: Diary of Sam Cliffe. July 11, 1862 to October 20, 1862. Records part of his time at sea aboard the Silistria.
Item 2: Consists of three sections of song books/poems, late 1800s.
Item 3: Hand-drawn map from Nanaimo River to Nanoose Harbour, late 1800s.
