Fonds is made up of seven photographs taken by an unknown photographer at Bergen-Belsen in 1945 and 1946, kept by Hungarian Jewish Holocaust survivor Klara Forrai. Photographs depict camp exteriors, activities undertaken by Forrai and other surviving internees to remember those buried in mass graves at Bergen-Belsen and a demonstration held by internees advocating immigration to Palestine.

Scope & Content: Fonds consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence by the Festival Coordinator regarding festival planning, minutes and agendas of the Executive Committee, financial records and budget statements, reports and summaries for the 1997 and 1998 festivals, promotional and advertising materials including sample buttons, passports, brochures and informational memos and press releases distributed to media outlets and businesses, assorted public relations and promotional documents including fundraising and sponsorship reports and summaries, photographs from the festival and related newspaper clippings. The fonds is arranged into the following series: Executive Committee Minutes, Financial Statements, Coordinator and Committee Reports, Event Planning, Promotional activities, Correspondence, Sponsorship and Fundraising, and Photographs.

The fonds consists of b&w negatives and contact sheets of photographs taken by the Herald Newspaper in the early 1980s.

Notations on the backs of the photographs indicate that they were used to plan the publication of the newspaper, and some have cropping written directly on the photograph. The fonds consists of approx. 100,000 photographs (b&w and colour negatives) and contact sheets taken by photographer Paul VanPeenen between August 1991 and December 2001 for the Coquitlam NOW.

The fonds consists of correspondence, publication manuscripts and offprints, lecture, course notes and research files.
