The fonds consists of 12 boxes of correspondence, receipts, accounts and invitations. One file contains papers related to the estate of E.G. Prior. Boxes 9-12 contain correspondence and papers relating to the family of Rev. James Henry White of New Westminster, in particular correspondence of James' son Edward W. White and Violet (Latham) White.

The fonds consists of incoming correspondence accumulated by J.H. White as Superintendent of Missions between 1910 and 1919; accounts of the Missionary Committee from July 1908 to July 1909; and accounts of the Home Missions Committee from 1893-1925. The mission boat logs are described with the Marine Committee of the United Church.
