Includes mainly minutes of Strategy Committee, Program Committee, Administration and Finance Committee, Constitution and Canons Committee; financial statements and assessments; reports relating to clergy stipends and pension fund; reports on ongoing and emerging programs, task forces and units such as: Communication Task Force, Christian Education , Stewardship Education , Movement on Aging, Violence against Women programs; includes also St. Margaret' Retreat and Renewal Centre; Marketing Plan ,May 1987;, reports on parish building, renovation, relocation and expansion proposals accompanied by photocopies of architectural drafts and budget figures.
