Sous-fonds consists of financial records relating to Synod funds such as: declaration of trust and transfer of funds as to Bishop's Endowment Fund (1910); Christ Church Surrey Centre Fund for Up keeping of Church and Burial grounds (1926); Bishop Gower' Discretionary Fund (1958); financial statements, agreements, and correspondence relating to church properties or related to various organizations (Girls Friendly Society correspondence and fund, 1932-1950; B.C. Charities, 1958-1964, and South Burnaby Men's Club Fund, 1961); financial statements relating to the production, subscriptions, and deanery contributions to the Diocesan newspapers "Anglican News" (1960-1965, 1968); report and recommendations on the accounting system of the Synod concerning four separate accounts: General Diocesan Fund, Property Fund, Endowment Fund, and Trust Fund (1967); legal records; sundry documents, such as: the act of incorporation of The Society for the Propagation of the Gospel (S.P.G.), 1915. Includes also a list of properties of the Diocese of New Westminster in 1930; a list of Kootney Diocese properties still vested in the Synod of New Westminster (1930).

Gower, 1970); appointments of canons (1943-1981); amendments to Diocesan constitution and; canons (1960); real estate records (W.H Starret estate, 1945-1966); records relating to other dioceses in B.C. Series consists of extracts cut from copies of the minutes of the Diocesan Council (former Executive Committee); the Administration and Finance Committee (former Finance and Property Committee); the Programme Committee; the Strategy Committee; plus other sources: e.g. - Treasurer reports, Diocesan missions and Task Forces records. Also includes clippings collected to provide reference to minutes on matters dealt with by diocesan administration, such as: loans to parishes, Indian work, mortgage loans, group life insurance, fund raising,and allotted grants.

Includes minutes of meetings dealing with various financial matters: the financing of parishes' construction, building of parsonage houses, release of mortgages, sales of church properties, rezoning requests, parish loans, grants allotted for different events and activities, approvals for building projects. Includes also reports of funding for special programmes (Continuing Theological Education Programme, Christian Education Programme); reports on allotted grants (Chinese Work grant, Missions to Seamen grant, Native Funds grant).
