The films appear to feature scenes that have been shot between the 1910s to 1950s. Most films are travel videos featuring views of multiple towns, cities, and countries around the world. Other films are types of news reels featuring British royal weddings, royal visits and coronations (Also featuring coronation of a Maharaja). Also featured are scenes from the First World War with T.E. Lawrence and Field Marshal Allenby. Furthermore, some films feature stories of various themes.

Mecca Tea RoomsSeries consists of four volumes containing records created while recording the names of attendants to New Westminster Local Council of Women functions. A single volume (1932 – 74) entitled Visitors, recording the attendants of various Local Council of Women functions, including meetings, teas, receptions, and anniversaries. Three volumes (1922 – 28, 1927 – 32, 1940 – 41) entitled Roll Book, which record the names of groups of women and their attendance to meetings. The groups recorded include presidents of different organizations, executive officers of the Council, affiliated societies and delegates, Loyal True Blue, YWCA, ladies aids, and others.
Series consists of records created while managing the finances of the New Westminster Local Council of Women. Two volumes (1921 – 47, 1947 – 60), entitled Treasurer’s Book, record received funds, expenditures, and disbursements. Along with this is a file containing receipts and cheque books, dated early 1960s, from both the Local Council as well as other organizations. There is also a folder containing a financial report from 1983, giving an idea of their expenditures as well as proposed budget.

Noel Oxenbury competed at the 1938 British Empire Games in Sydney and won a gold medal in the 4×110 yard freestyle relay alongside Phyllis Dewar, Dorothy Lyon, and Mary Baggaley. She also placed fourth in the 3×110 yard medley relay with Baggaley and Joan Langdon and competed in the 110 yard backstroke. Due to the onset of World War II, the games were not held again until 1950.This series consists of newspaper clippings, photographs, a diary, and miscellaneous items related to her participation at the 1938 British Empire Games.
