In addition, there are photographs that were taken in the 1960's. Please note that four postcard photographs contained in the photograph collection with accession no's. IHP730504/5and IHP801045/7 under the archival headings of Excursions and Groups are also available for viewing.;A wooden laser printed plaque with an inscription to William Robertson celebrating his one hundredth birthday is also in this fonds.;In total there are three series: minutes, trophy signature records and photographs. All material has been arranged chronologically to reflect the natural record accumulation over time and to facilitate easy access.
