Financial information can also be found in other series. Some ledgers serve more than one function. For example Fishermen's General Ledgers contain information on Fishermen's accounts as well as a section of the ledger devoted to daily bookkeeping of operations accounts.

Textual materials include subject files and topics that the Friends of Boundary Bay and Martin Keeley were interested in, had researched and photocopied and/or received copies of documents. In total there are 17 different files in this series. Any newspaper articles have been removed from the textual material and placed in the Martin Keeley and Friends of Boundary Bay Newspaper Clippings Binders. These binders can be found on the Reference Library bookshelves.

Graphic materials include 11 photographs depicting Point Roberts, a farm road, a walking bridge and a group photo including Martin Keeley. These photographs were presumed to be taken while Martin Keeley was part of the Friends of Boundary Bay.

Moving image items include two movies, one regarding shorebirds in the state of New Jersey, and another focused on the B.C. Wetlands. Both were thought to be used by Martin Keeley for research purposes while he was the Executive Director of the Friends of Boundary Bay.

Sound recording items include three audio tapes, one that was unable to be read, a second that features a discussion regarding logging in Point Roberts and Delta, and a third that is labeled as a "Whatcom County Council" meeting.

Part of Brunswick Cannery (Canoe Pass) fonds

Series consists of provincial and municipal licenses allowing the operation of Brunswick Cannery at Canoe Pass, gill-net licenses, court summons between the cannery and fishermen for monies owed and information about licenses granted to fishermen. The series also includes contracts signed between the cannery and fishermen that oblige the fisherman to sell his catch to Brunswick Cannery in return for rent of equipment and/or an agreed price for fish, and a contract signed between an agent and the cannery for the supply of skilled labour under the "Chinese Contract" system.

The series includes audited circulation records for The Optimist, 1951 to 1971, which were compiled by the Audit Bureau of Circulations in Chicago, Illinois.

Series consists of programmes, pamphlets, forms, directories, letterheads, bound reports, tickets, announcements, and other material printed by The Optimist. Customers of The Optimist printing operation included the Corporation of Delta, Delta businesses, the Delta Agricultural Society and other non-profit organizations and private individuals. The printed material includes examples from other lower mainland presses. The Optimist was the main printer in Delta and Ladner, and the material collected in this series reflects the business, municipal and social activities and events of the day. The series also includes an order book for printing jobs done between 1955 and 1963, as well as a copy of the booklet "Tsawwassen Legends" published and printed by The Optimist.

Series contains the original typewritten and edited copy scripts as well as two audio reels for CBC Radio's Neighbourly News show, written and hosted by Edgar Dunning from 1961-1986. These radio shows were aired from the Hotel Vancouver and provided snippets of news, gathered by Edgar Dunning from community newspapers across British Columbia. The series contains file level descriptions of the original scripts with newspaper clippings and handwritten notes by Edgar Dunning and file level descriptions of the edited scripts and original audio reels recorded on polyester film in 1984 along with a digital copy which was created by CBC Radio Archives Vancouver in October 2012.

Edgar also collected historical documents which were given to him because of his interest in preserving Delta history.
