Series consists of photograph albums, loose prints, glass plate slides, glass plate negatives, film negatives and other photographic materials created by the BCMC and its members. The photographs cover a wide range of activities undertaken by the club, and are particularly strong in their documentation of exploration and mountaineering trips in British Columbia. Some of the more prolific photographers whose works are included in this series are listed below. The dates at which they were active, or the period covered by their photographs, is indicated in parentheses: Charles Chapman (1900s-1910s), Jim Irving (1910s-1920s), Preston L. Tait (1910s-1940s), Charles Townsend (1920s), Neal Carter (1920s), P.R. Over 40 named photographers are represented in the BCMC fonds, though there are also a large number of photographs for which the identity of the photographer is unknown.

The series contains 14 audio recordings created by Jeffrey Harbottle between 1992 and 1999. The recordings are interviews, conversations and reminiscences of people who worked with the Harbottle family and encompass a number of topics. The videocassette is a home recording of the first time the F6 Union engine was started up following it's restoration by Jeffery Harbottle.

The series consists of records relating to the conduct of municipal elections, including Voter's Lists covering the period from 1973 to 1998 (note that 1994-1997 are missing).

This series consists of records related to the construction and operations on Colony Farm at Riverview Hospital. The materials relate to the original construction planning and dyking done to create Colony Farm, as well as some of the early auction and sale records of cattle and horses.

Series consists of municipal manager's reports written for each meeting of the Council and providing both summaries and recommendations regarding various municipal administrative matters of the day. The position of city manager was created by bylaw 1410 in 1966, when Ray LeClair was promoted from city clerk to city manager.

Topics of the manager?s report range from internal administrative memos on personnel matters to bylaw development. The manager?s reports refer to and comment upon nearly every topic that would concern a municipal administration.

This series consists of records related to the policies of collection and management of records for the 'Crown Zellerbach Corporation History Project'; a program commenced by the company in 1954 with the aim to manage and preserve corporate records for a 'historical vault. The series includes written histories; correspondence related to the creation and usage of records in the historical records vault; reference binders; annual reviews; retirements and press clippings. These records apparently relate to the 'Crown Zellerbach Corporation History Project',
