Series consists of printed material. Includes typescript proceedings (1914 - 1926) with Constitution and Canons included; reports of various committees, convening circulars, treasurer's reports, auditors' reports, Act to incorporate the Vancouver School of Theology, archivist' reports. There were no proceedings for the 22nd session of the Provincial Synod held in Victoria, B.C. No proceedings were published of the 23rd meetings held 1974. The Registrar reported that "the Minutes of the 23rd Session of Provincial Synod were not available and therefore the notes taken by Bishop Somerville were to be the official record of that Synod" (Proceedings of the 24th session, October 18, 1976, Kelowna, B.C.)

Broadcasting Scripts

These are carbon paper copies of the typewritten scripts created by the Fletts for news stories. They apparently took photographs while on broadcasting assignments, so there is correlation between these broadcast scripts and some unlabelled photographs in the fonds. There is information on Vancouver Island events, activities and history.

Series consists of business and personal correspondence, stationery with their letterhead, newspaper and magazine clippings about the Fletts and media accreditation ephemera. Some of the records refer to royal visits where the Flett were present as photographers.

The Fletts took photographs for personal use, for photography contests, news reports, private commissions on location, and in their portrait studio. Photographs depict scenes, events, and people in a wide variety of occupational and recreational activities in the Cowichan Valley and other Vancouver Island communities.
There are 163 photographs of the building of the Crofton pulp and paper mill in 1956-1957. There are also photographs of the royal family visits to Vancouver Island, and of Tommy Douglas, Lt. Governor George Peakes, federal and provincial politicians, and Duncan community leaders. There are also numerous photos of Agnes Flett on the job, working with her camera.

Fonds consists of nine albums holding 554 photographs of Cortes Island and nearby islands, including Twin Islands and Hernando Island, with accompanying descriptions and with additional textual information such as pre-emption records, reminiscences and newspaper clippings. Most of the photographs date from the early decades of the 20th century, depicting homes and buildings, pioneer families, community activities, schools, wharves, boats, logging and marine activity. The majority of the photographs are copies, as indicated by the numbers assigned to them by the Campbell River Museum & Archives. There are 72 original photographs in the albums.
