The fonds consists of photographs that show the operation of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Franks' 14 acre turkey farm and their home on Summer Avenue (1st Avenue) in Tsawwassen. The largely b&w photos show the Franks working with their turkeys, from incubating eggs to sorting newly hatched turkeys (poults) to keeping mature breeding flocks. Photographs also show the drillling of a water well on the Franks' farm, trophies and prize winning turkeys, and portraits of Mr. and Mrs. Franks.

Series consists of correspondence from T. Ellis Ladner to his daughter, Edna Ladner, recalling T. Ellis Ladner's memories of his early life in Delta. Series also includes clippings relating to the Delta history.
File consists of materials collected by Martin Keeley, and others, during his time as Executive Director of the Friends of Boundary Bay. The materials were generated from both his home in Point Roberts as well as the offices in Ladner, B.C. and Point Roberts, Washington.
Textual materials contains correspondence, notes, bylaws, newsletters, brochures, maps, bulletins, proposals, reports, conclusions and recommendations for various regional airport development plans such as runways, noise bylaws, etc., that the Friends of Boundary Bay and Martin Keeley were interested in, had researched and photocopied and/or received copies of documents. In total there are 9 folders in this file. Any newspaper articles have been removed from the textual material and placed in the Martin Keeley and Friends of Boundary Bay Newspaper Clippings Binders. Delta Heritage SocietySeries consists of ephemera used by cannery owners and employees at the Brunswick Cannery in the course of purchasing equipment, supplies and machinery for the cannery. Much of the material are in the forms of catalogues, pamphlets and guides used to help operate and maintain the Brunswick Cannery and machinery within.

Much of this information is written by other people and sent to Edgar Dunning. The series also contains lists of contacts for pursing historical information about businesses and clubs in Delta. Much of the material included in this series relates to Edgar Dunning's research for his newspaper articles. The headings that he had given to his file folders reflect themes or subject matter in many of his newspaper columns.

Series consists of records of societies which Mr. Dunning received as a member of the executive. Records include correspondence, minutes, agendas, legal documents, and copies of constitutions for the Delta Historical and Museum Society, Delta Board of Trade, May Day Society, the Delta Heritage Advisory Commission, the Delta History Book Project Commission and Delta Civic Association. The series also includes a history of the Delta Board of Trade written by Mr. Dunning.
Series consists of the records received by Edgar Dunning as a member of the executive of the Delta Centennial (1979) Committee, which planned the projects and celebrations for the District Municipality of Delta centenary in 1979; the Local Centennial Celebration Committee which planned activities to mark Canada's 100th Birthday in 1967; and the Centennial '71 Committee, which was the local planning committee for the British Columbia Centennial in 1971. Records include meeting agendas and minutes, memoranda, correspondence, and promotional material.

File contains five "Ration Book 6" booklets with coupons enclosed issued to Ivan Embree, Elinore Embree, Yvonne Embree, Howard Embree and Ila Embree. Gasoline license and ration coupon book and ration book holder envelope was also issued to Ivan Embree in 1940, address given as 949 Embree Road in Delta. The file also includes three newspaper clippings, one about a sale of equipment from Harry M. Wilson's farm.

Delta Agricultural SocietySeries consists of the field notes, theses, and reports created by Ernie Taylor in the course of his university education at the University of British Columbia, and work as a wildlife biologist and game manager in British Columbia. The series includes copies of Mr. Taylor's Bachelor of Arts thesis and Master of Arts thesis on pheasants in the Lower Fraser Valley, which were submitted to the Department of Zoology, UBC, in 1948 and 1950. The reports included in this series, many including his work done on pheasants, were written by Mr. Taylor as an employee with the B.C. Game Commission, 1950 to 1965. The series also includes a report on wildlife and recreation in Delta written by Mr. Taylor for the Canadian Wildlife Service in 1970.
