The materials were generated from both his home in Point Roberts as well as the offices in Ladner, B.C. and Point Roberts, Washington.
Textual materials emails, letters, memos, notes, brochures, newsletters, articles, press releases, meeting minutes, presentations, addresses, statements, receipt books, month end materials, quotes and membership information that Martin Keeley or others may have thought pertained to the Point Roberts Heron Preservation Committee. The newspaper articles have been removed from the textual material and placed in the Martin Keeley and Friends of Boundary Bay Newspaper Clippings Binders. These binders can be found on the Reference Library bookshelves.
Photograph material includes photograph prints, contact sheets, negatives and aerials regarding events attended and hosted by the Point Roberts Heron Preservation Committee.

Sub-fonds consists of records that pertain to the business and personal activities of the subjects of estate files. Each estate file has its own unique collection of records. The original provenance of these records was the subjects of the files. Subsequently these records were used by another party in the course of settling these subjects’ estates. Series contains three boxes of files. These files include deeds, correspondence, invoices, receipts, insurance policies, investment certificates, contracts, indentures, and other records. Included are several files pertaining to early Sikh residents.The sub-fonds contains one series.
