Textual materials contains three documents that the BBCC researched, suggested or used as studies of interest in their environmental research. Includes a conservation proposal and biosphere research. In total there are 4 folders in this file. Any newspaper articles have been removed from the textual material and placed in the Martin Keeley and Friends of Boundary Bay Newspaper Clippings Binders. Volume 1 includes an introduction, acknowledgements and writings from Beach Grove, Chalmers, Devon Gardens, and English Bluff; volume 2 includes writings from Annieville, Cougar Canyon, Gray, and Jarvis; volume 3 is from Brooke, Gibson, and Pinewood; volume 4 is from Hawthorne, Heath, and Hellings; volume 5 is from Delta Manor, Ladner, and Richardson; volume 7 is from Cliff Drive, McCloskey, and Pebble Hill.

VHS was produced by the State of New Jersey Natural Lands Trust in Trenton, N.J. The film was shot on February 26, 1987, but the length of the film is unknown. Contact information for R.W. Butler - Wildlife Biologist for the Canadian Wildlife Service is attached to the front of the VHS case.
It is presumed that the content of this VHS reflects Martin Keeley's interest in the shorebirds along Delta and Point Roberts. The VHS may have been used by Martin Keeley or other members of the Point Roberts Heron Preservation Committee, the Boundary Bay Conservation Committee or the Fraser for Life.

The photographs consist of unknown women holding a great blue heron interpretive program prop as well as a male performing singing on a stage. The photographs were possibly taken around the False Creek area in Vancouver, B.C., facing the mountains (North) and show the end of the Granville Street Bridge. The interpretive program was for the Point Roberts Heron Preservation Committee.

Series consists of records arising from phase two of the Delta Heritage Inventory Project. The majority of the records are in the form of case files, which are organized according to area. Case files include B.C. Heritage Building Inventory Field recording forms, photographs, and in some instances, sketches illustrating building designs and site maps. The "Heritage Barn Report", which accompanies the case files, provides historical background, project methodology, and the inventory itself. The series also contains a slide binder corresponding with the report, as well as photograph negatives.
