The fonds consists of the personal papers of Helen Chambers as well as papers accumulated by her regarding Bowen Island civic societies. Textual materials include legal papers and correspondence relating to land use and taxation (1947-1967), minutes and constitutions of civic societies (1967-1978), and notes from a Bowen Island Historians research project.
Chambers, HelenThe fonds consists of administrative, operational, and financial records created and accumulated by the Royal Canadian Legion's Bowen Island Branch, RCL Branch 150. Textual records consist predominantly of minutes (1947-1989) and correspondence (1968-2000), and also include memoranda, reports, the visitor’s register, and various published materials. Photographs are of RLC Branch 150 and Ladies Auxiliary RCL Branch 150 members at various functions.

Fonds includes administrative records, financial records, correspondence, and a scrapbook relating to Playfair Park (1948-1951) and Reynolds Park (1951-1956).
Playfair Park Mother's GroupThe fonds consists of records created and accumulated by Don Cunnings, documenting his involvement in sport and recreation in Coquitlam. The archivist arranged the fonds into two series. One series documents the activities of Cunnings during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department. The second series consists of personal and professional records accumulated by Cunnings, documenting his various professional positions for reference and posterity.
The records include photographs, newspaper clippings, newsletters, correspondence, recorded documentaries, two scrapbooks, and assorted textual records and ephemera.
Cunnings, DonThe series documents the activities that Cunnings was involved with and led during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department and the development of the Department over time.
The series is arranged into thirteen files according to subject, and consists of textual records, photographs, ephemera, and newspaper clippings detailing sports, recreational programs and classes, parks and facility development, and events and initiatives undertaken by the Department, such as BC Summer Games, and Coquitlam Centennial celebrations.
Cunnings, DonThe fonds consists of the photographs Frank Goodship took during his employment at the British Columbian newspaper. Many of these photographs were published in the newspaper. A search of the newspaper has provided additional information about these photos. In these cases, the date of the paper and the page number on which it appeared has been noted in the scope and content. The exact captions have usually not been added but all names of individuals given by the paper have been included. Please not that not all photographs are available online. In many cases, a number of simliar shots were taken for the same shoot. In these cases, the archives has chosen what it thinks the best and most representative shots. The other photos may be viewed at the archives. The fonds has been divided into five series.

Activities, topics, and events documented include community activism for human rights and social justice of minorities and underrepresented groups; academic conference attendance and presentations; Sharma's research, writing, photography, and publications; his social life and relationships; and his death and memorial.

An accrual in 2017 (Accession 2017.009) comprises records of the Whaletown Community Club from 1985 to 2016, including minutes of executive and general meetings, financial statements, correspondence, and records of projects and programs. The material was kept in binders, and is arranged in eighteen series based on this original order (Series 6 through Series 23).
Fonds consists of textual, photographic, cartographic, electronic and promotional films/video recordings related to the mining operations of Cassiar Asbestos Mining Corporation (CAMC) and creation of Cassiar townsite. CAMC records primarily consist of records related to mining operations including construction, engineering, daily mining operations, administration of CAMC, tallies of extractions, labour and union activities, corporate events and visits by dignitaries. Townsite records are primarily visual representations of townsite construction, including the creation of health, education and community services including Cassiar's private hospital, school, library, as well as townsite images. Photographs include documentation of natural and man-made landscapes within the Cassiar region of Northern BC. Other holdings include a near complete run of Cassiar's community newspaper.

Types of subject areas found within this series include, but are not limited to: mine, plant, labour, and townsite operations at the company towns of Cassiar and Clinton Creek (including community activities associated therein and townsite development); construction of plant and mine buildings ; mines and equipment not owned by Cassiar Asbestos Corporation, but which are believed to have been used for operational research purposes ; aerial photographs ; company exploration of further mineral deposits outside of Cassiar ; official tours ; community images, promotional material ; executive portraits. The Photographic Materials series has been further subdivided into the following 4 subseries: Exploration & Development, Construction, General (Mining) Operations & (Townsite) Community Operations, and Corporate Affairs.
