The series includes working files related to properties in the Maillardville area that were assessed for heritage value by external contractors in 1986. The files include photographs taken by the assessors, a copy of the typed assessment of each property, and related documents added by Planning and Development staff over the years. Related documents include copies of land titles maps, permit applications, copies of reports to Council, correspondence, copies of Bylaws, engineering reports, copies of assessment cards, copies of news clippings, and colour photographs.

Scrapbooks and binders contain newspaper clippings, captioned photographs, certificates of recognition, and other records of significance to CFUW Vernon during the years 1965-2017. Most records within the scrapbooks have been taped or glued down.

This includes monthly highlights, meeting minutes for lunch meetings, executive meetings, and annual general meetings. Also included are financial statements, annual budgets, annual reports, and president's reports. In addition, a letter to the Minister of Environment, Lands is included. Records from 2010-2015 were donated at a later date, and are stored in file folders as they were not originally part of the binder.
