Collection consists of schedules of Canadian Pacific ships on the west coast and a schedule for the Victoria, Nanaimo, Courtenay dayliner train. Also includes postcards of CP and Blackball line ships and views of downtown Nanaimo including views of the Malaspina Hotel, Georgia Park, the Bastion, Front Street looking south, and the harbour and port.

Collection consists of notices of meetings and installation and investiture programmes (1937-1953), a poster indicating the name and meeting day of all Vancouver Island lodges [ca.1930], a hand coloured certificate of appreciation to Mark Bate (1907) and a mounted photograph of a Masonic Caliper. Also includes memorabilia from other lodges including Concord Lodge No. 79 (Parksville), Hiram Lodge No. 14 (Courtenay), St. John's Lodge No. 21 (Ladysmith), Nanaimo Lodge No. 110 and Chemainus Lodge No. 114.

Fonds consists of photographs and certificates that relate to Radford's work as a coal miner and local and provincial labour representative. Photographs include views of a mine rescue team, Radford at a conference in Turkey, a United Mine Workers of America Convention in Calgary, a strike at Imperial Laundry in Nanaimo, and Ladysmith miners. Certificates include a Certificate of Competency (1927) and a receipt for a certificate from the Granby Mine (1928).

Collection consists of a a receipt from E.J. Wilson to Western Fuel Corporation for labour and materials used in the installation of water connection at the Wilson home at 395 Ninth Street, a booklet detailing the agreement between the Corporation and its employees (1927) and a booklet detailing the agreement between corporation employees and Dr. George A.B. Hall (1921). A manuscript annotation on the verso of the booklet reads "Exhibit No. 1 Hall vs. Lane, June 28/22, A. Forrester, Re[g]."
