The fonds consists of minutes of the East Kootenay Curling Association and its predecessors, the East Kootenay District Curling Association and the Selkirk Curling Association, including result lists of bonspiels held at various locations in the East Kootenays.

The collection consists of photographs of Kimberley and area, including Marysville, the Sullivan Mine, and Chapman Camp, depicting individuals, families, and community groups; personnel, facilities, and operations of the Sullivan Mine; community events and activities; sports activities in the area (including curling, skiing, and ice hockey); and, general scenes. The collection includes photographs created and accumulated by Cominco's Sullivan Mine (earlier the Consolidated Mining and Smelting Company of Canada) and by local professional photographers Peter Faulkner and Charles Wormington.

The fonds consists of minutes, annual reports, financial statements, cashbooks, bank records, accounts, receipts, and correspondence. Fonds also includes correspondence, reports, and financial records of the Boswell Recreation Commission.
