The collection consists of a wide variety of material relating to Delta. It includes leaflets, tickets, memberships cards, raffle tickets, voters' lists, photographs, programs, and booklets. The photographs depict Delta people and places. Also included are records of the Delta Community Band, some records of the Ladner Optimist and the Delta Centennial Committee.

Davie family fonds

The fonds consists of correspondence relating to Murray Davie's agricultural activities, and copies of records of the Delta Agricultural Society and Delta Co-Operative Breeders Society shares book (1929). The fonds contains photographs of Davie and Savage family members in portraits and participating in farm and community activities, as well as photographs of farms, barns, prize animals, and local scenes.

Also includes photographs of Boundary Bay school classes and Skinner's Service Station, as well as one tintype of two boys possibly around 1890. Textual records include a letter from Thomas Gunn to his uncle Hugh Gunn, and a letter by F.J. Brandrith.

Fonds consists of two scrapbooks relating to the activities of the Vancouver Wireless Station Elementary School Parent- Teacher Association from 1950 to 1962. The scrapbooks contain photographs of school activities and classes; yearly summaries of PTA officers, projects and activities; financial statements; correspondence; announcements and copies of the newsletter "PTA News"; newspaper clippings and ephemera. The material is contained in two albums, the first containing material from 1950 to 1961 (Photo numbers 11-65) and the second from 1961 to 1962 (Photo numbers 61-73).

The collection also includes two programs from the Delta Centennial Banquet (1958).

The collection consists of seven identical blueprints of the municipality of Delta produced by the Corporation of Delta in 1961. The blueprints include all roads in Delta, as well as inserts of Ladner, North Delta, and South Delta. The majority of the collection, however, is concerned with Kennedy School and includes miscellaneous papers, class photographs, and oral records and photographs of Kennedy School's fiftieth anniversary.

Collection consists of copy negatives and copy prints of images from Mr. McConnell's album that pertain to his service at R.C.A.F. Station Boundary Bay, and a photocopy of the entire album made in 1983. The album records Mr. McConnell's service in the R.C.A.F. from March 13, 1941 to November 3, 1945. The captioned images document the kind of training men received under the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan, and some of the action McConnell saw overseas. Included are class photographs, photographs of air crews and aircraft and places visited on leave, aerial views of Boundary Bay Airfield and Delta, and newsclippings that record bombing runs and the fate of friends in the airforce.

The collection consists primarily of 100 colour negatives and b&w copy prints (1988) of the color prints that were placed in the Delta Time Capsule. The collection also contains photographs of Dr. King's garden and house, photographs and resumes of contestants for the Miss Delta title in 1983, and miscellaneous local scenes.

The fonds also includes a collection of papers and memorabilia belonging to Eva Muir, including a collection of songbooks and song sheets. Records that Eva accumulated as an officer in the Ladner Dugout Committee and Red Cross Society are described in these respective fonds. The fonds consists of correspondence, the majority of which is concerned with the confirmation of lease contracts by private citizens, corporations, and the Corporation of Delta. Here the lease contract is summarized and includes location and size of lot, length of lease, and rental cost. Other correspondence includes requests for information on clarification of lease contracts, tax assessment, status of other properties, and land survey reports. Also, there are lists of foreshore leases, survey plans, survey maps, two examination sketches, and copies of lease contracts.
