The collection consists of a wide variety of material relating to Delta. It includes leaflets, tickets, memberships cards, raffle tickets, voters' lists, photographs, programs, and booklets. The photographs depict Delta people and places. Also included are records of the Delta Community Band, some records of the Ladner Optimist and the Delta Centennial Committee.

The fonds contains photographs of Davie and Savage family members in portraits and participating in farm and community activities, as well as photographs of farms, barns, prize animals, and local scenes.

The fonds consists of correspondence, clippings, World War II memorabilia, marriage and baptismal certificates, financial records, and genealogical notes belonging to members of the Trevitt and Gillanders families. The fonds also consists of correspondence related to the establishment of the Trevitt marina at Deas Slough, and minutes (1975-1977), financial records and correspondence of the Delta Historical and Museum Society. The fonds contains photographs of Trevitt and Gillanders family members and friends, local scenes, farms and buildings, and various social activities, as well as photographs and postcards from John Robert Trevitt's time in the service. Bertha Reynolds fonds

The fonds consists of photographs and records of Bertha Reynold's family and her activities as teacher, secretary of the British and Foreign Bible Society, and historian for the Delta Museum Society. The fonds contains Delta Pioneer Record Sheets for 93 families in Delta, B.C. They list the names of Delta families and their members. Information includes: dates of births, location of birth, date of marriages, location of marriage, date of burial, location of burial, grandchildren, and reminiscences. Also included are newspaper articles containing additional information on some of the families, and photographs of family and street scenes, mostly in Delta. The fonds also contains miscellaneous records of Ladner families and a notebook of newspaper clippings of the Delta Board of Trade (1934-36). Family activities on the farm are documented in photographs. The fonds also consists of six notebooks containing minutes, clippings and literature pertaining to the British and Foreign Bible Society from 1936-1977.

The fonds consists of a Boy Scouts "Troop Record Book" in which are recorded the names of the members of two patrols of a Ladner scout troop and its financial records for 1916. Reverend Garbett was its leader. A gap occurs in the book until 1934 when the troop is reconstituted as the 1st Ladner Boy Scout Troop. The Troop Record Book records members' attendance and fees paid until 1942. The fonds also includes receipts for membership and applications for membership, 1938-1939; and records of boys' names and addresses and tests passed, 1935-1938.

Fonds includes records pertaining to the planning and construction of Kinsmen House, the Kinsmen Water Park and Mountain View Park playground as well as other records pertaining to other charitable activities. Fonds also includes records pertaining to the administration of the Club and its relationship with other Kinsmen bodies on a provincial and national basis. Included in the fonds are membership rosters of Kinsmen Clubs in British Columbia and the constitution and by-laws of the Association of Kinsmen Clubs. The fonds consists of one series of material created by Ernest Burnett in his capacity as mayor: in particular, as a member of the Delta Centennial Committee, which held its meetings in Council chambers. Mr. Burnett's copies of the Committee minutes constitute one series of the fonds. A second series of material includes material Mr. Burnett created as treasurer of the Delta Agricultural Society. This series includes financial statements (1950-1954), and racing programs for Paterson Park (1962-1968). The final series in this fonds consists of one file containing a program for the "Freedom Ceremony" celebrating Delta's 90th Anniversary (1969), and a promotional newspaper entitled "Delta Election '71 News". which promotes the "Delta Team" of municipal candidates including incumbent Mayor Dugald Morrison, Alderman Doug Watkins, Ernie Burnett, and Harold Savage.
