The materials have been arranged in accordance with Twigg’s original file arrangement. Some files are devoted to correspondence with one person, and they were arranged alphabetically by Twigg. Other files have incoming and outgoing letters that include correspondence with more than one person. Those files have been grouped according to years and activities.

Brown, George HarrisonThe majority of records in this series consist of textual material pertaining to the business transactions of CKVU-TV Vancouver. Due to the takeover of the station by Global TV and the subsequent litigation, this series also contains various legal records including transcripts of court proceedings, settlement contracts, affidavits and subpoenas. This series also includes business correspondence and personal information regarding Duke's role within the organization.
Duke, DarylSeries documents Stanley’s interactions with friends and other writers in the form of both incoming letters and copies of outgoing letters. The letters include critical discussions of new work, either by Stanley or the correspondent, or relate to personal matters. Series includes personal and professional letters, post cards, and cards.
Stanley, George, 1934-Series consists of textual records and other media, such as a baseball mitt, a canvas banner, fabric patches, and plaques, created by Harry Jerome during his life. The records pertain to his athletic, academic, and professional careers. The series includes general athletic records, incoming and outgoing correspondence, awards and certificates, and personal records. Also included in the series are two files that attest to his involvement in national athletic programming for youth: Sports Canada, including the Cross-Canada Sports Demonstration, and the Premier’s Sports Award Program. The series has been arranged into nine files: academic records; general athletic records; personal records; incoming correspondence; outgoing correspondence; track and field event records; ceremony programs; Sports Canada records; and the Premier’s Sports Awards records.

Twigg, AlanSeries consists of notebooks/journals, notes and press clippings. From about 1945 to 2005 Duke made nearly daily entries in notebooks. These notebooks contain Duke’s thoughts, observations and concepts for future projects ranging from articles to screenplays, legal proceedings, housing plans and travel accounts.
Duke, DarylThe series consists of biographical material that Brown collected in order to work on her memoirs. This project was never completed.
