Vestry records are minute books, Board minutes and other records. Administrative files include correspondence, membership files, secretary’s files, office and general files. Financial records are cash and account books, ledger and general files.
The series consists of records pertaining to the Burquitlam Lions Club's (BLC) administrative and membership activities. It contains material relating to the history and objectives of the BLC, including its constitution and policies, as well as the day-to-day operations of the club. Additionally, it contains membership records, a core aspect of BLC administration.

Series consists of records relating to Shaver’s service to the wider church as a member of Manitoba Conference’s Faith and Order Committee (1951-1956); a member of BC Conference’s Commission to Study Institutional Work in the Lower Mainland (1967-1969); a member of the Board of Directors for the Vancouver Inner City Service Project (1967-1969); and supervisor of a student at the Vancouver School of Theology (1995-1997).
Shaver, M. John V.The series consists of the administrative files of the Pioneer Tales of Coquitlam Committee related to the preparation of the book, "Coqutilam 100 Years: Reflections of the Past," published by the District of Coquitlam in 1991.
Series consists of a large binder containing administrative and financial records of club activities, grouped together by year. This includes monthly highlights, meeting minutes for lunch meetings, executive meetings, and annual general meetings. Also included are financial statements, annual budgets, annual reports, and president's reports. In addition, a letter to the Minister of Environment, Lands is included. Records from 2010-2015 were donated at a later date, and are stored in file folders as they were not originally part of the binder.
Series contains minutes of meetings and related records (such as meeting attendance sheets) for the Vancouver Jewish Community Council, 1954 through to 1964, for the Vancouver Jewish Community Fund for 1965, for both the Council and the Fund for 1966, and for the amalgamated Vancouver Jewish Community Fund & Council for 1966 to 1968. It also contains annual reports for various organizations in the Vancouver Jewish community, including the Community Centre Committee, the Community Council, the Jewish Welfare Bureau, and the Budget Committee until 1980. Also included is material relating to a fact-finding initiative leading to the project to create an ongoing census survey of the community (see Census cards series), and a project to honour past presidents of the Community Centre which provides names and tenure dates for Community Centre Presidents from 1932-1954. There are also various committee reports, grant applications, correspondence files and publicity and clipping file.

Ladner Dugout CommitteeSeries consists of minutes, 1951-1959; administrative notes, 1962-1964; lists of children attending park programs, 1963-64; and lists of parent volunteers, 1962-1966.
The series consists of records relating to the administration of Como Lake Preschool; including registration documents, financial accounting documents, policies, procedures, handbooks, newsletters, ephemera, and several written accounts of the history of the preschool. This series also includes a leather-bound history that provides a yearly account of the preschool?s operations as well as photographs and newspaper clippings.
Como Lake PreschoolSeries consists of memoranda, correspondence, reports by staff and consultants, promotional materials, photographs and plans relating to the role of the administrator in planning and coordinating the activities of Municipal staff. Series includes records which demonstrate the extensive relationship between the City Administrator's Office (C.A.O) and the G.V.R.D. (Greater Vancouver Regional District), particularly in regards to negotiations between the City, as a public employer, and various labour unions representing civic employees, e.g., C.U.P.E (Canadian Union of Public Employees). Activities of the Administrator documented in these records include: establishing annual Municipal budgets; receiving reports; coordinating activities of City departments; monitoring the planning of special events, e.g., B.C. Summer Games, Captain cook Bi-Centennial celebrations; conducting performance evaluations; conducting salary negotiations for exempt staff; and participating in various regional and national administrative bodies, e.g., M.O.A. (Municipal Officers' Assocation), F.C.M. (Federation of Canadian Municipalities), L.M.M.A (Lower Mainland Municipalities Association), and U.B.C.M. (Union of British Columbia Municipalities).

Richmond (B.C.). City Clerk's OfficeSeries consists of minutes of meetings of the Advisory Design Panel. Topics covered in the minutes range from the general, e.g., building set-backs, architectural and landscape architecture features and details, signage, size, and siting of buildings; to the specific, e.g., exterior finish of buildings and proposed species of plants to be used in landscaping. Minutes from 1986 through 1988 are not in the custody of the Archives.
Richmond (B.C.). City Clerk's OfficeSeries consists of minutes relating to the role of the Advisory Planning Commission in advising Council on matters of community planning and development. This series includes the minutes of the Town Planning Commission for the period 1948 to 1957, and the Advisory Planning Commission for the period 1958 to 1991. A significant portion of the series deals with commission deliberations on a wide range of planning and development issues, and their recommendations on these issues to Council and various standing committees of Council. Topics include: purchase of lands for parks, recreation and green space; provision of moorage and port facilities; impact of residential, commercial, and industrial development and land use on traffic flow and the provision of public works and services; and the environmental impact of development, e.g., pollution related contamination of water, air and soil. Minutes also include administrative activities regarding appointments to the Commission, attendance of Commission meetings, voting privileges, and Commission procedures.
