Fonds includes registers and visitors books for various schools in the Mission area, including Silverdale, Silverhill, Hatzic, Hatzic Lake, Mission Public and Steelhead Schools. Fonds also includes records of the Freemasons in Mission.

The fonds contains Delta Pioneer Record Sheets for 93 families in Delta, B.C. They list the names of Delta families and their members. Information includes: dates of births, location of birth, date of marriages, location of marriage, date of burial, location of burial, grandchildren, and reminiscences. Also included are newspaper articles containing additional information on some of the families, and photographs of family and street scenes, mostly in Delta. The fonds also contains miscellaneous records of Ladner families and a notebook of newspaper clippings of the Delta Board of Trade (1934-36). Family activities on the farm are documented in photographs. The fonds also consists of six notebooks containing minutes, clippings and literature pertaining to the British and Foreign Bible Society from 1936-1977.
Reynolds, Bertha, 1903-Collection consists of researchers/visitors book for the Helen Dawe collection, correspondence, notes, photographs, brochures, calendars, newspaper clippings of people, places and events in Sechelt and District and the Sunshine Coast. Mrs. Steele was a very active member of the St. Mary's Hospital Society and her collection reflects this interest.
