Series consists of materials created or collected by Bill Morfey during the course of his duties as College Bursar. In this role, Morfey was responsible for managing the College's financial affairs. Although it is helpful to understand Morfey's recordkeeping practices through this lens, not all the materials in his files are exclusively related to College finances. Morfey also sat on numerous internal and external committees, preserving his copies of minutes and supporting documents. This series provides snapshots of various College departments, programs, and services from throughout Morfey's almost 20-year tenure at the College. Materials in this series include correspondence, memoranda, reports, flyers, brochures, contracts and agreements, course information, balance sheets, budgetary information, architectural plans, and much more.

Coquitlam Skating ClubSeries relates to the Cunninghams’ missionary activities with the United Church. Includes copies of newsletters, reports of China, correspondence, and a few relevant publications in both English and Chinese.
Series consists of minutes of the Board of License Commissioners, between June 13, 1894 and September 12, 1917, documenting the history of liquor supply and related activities in the community. The names and locations of social clubs, individuals, public houses, businesses and hotels are documented in the minutes. Reports of the Licence Inspector / Chief of Police record activities of gambling and gaming and details about clientelle in the hotel and clubs. In the later years (1913-1917), the Board heard many complaints and revoked licenses for the serving of liquor to "Indians", failure to operate licensed premises as a "hotel", or for allowing gambling on the premises. Convictions for illegal sale of liquor are also documented.

Series consists of minutes of regular and special meetings of the Board of Police Commissioners which document the Board's role of overseeing police activities, staffing, accounts and equipments, as well as its duty to report to the Municipal Council and to receive complaints from the public. Included in the minute book for meetings from 1915-1920 are the Chief of Police's monthly and annual reports, which include arrest reports and financial reports of the Police Department. Minutes of meetings of the Board between 1920 and 1927 are missing.

There appears to be Appeal Board activity evidenced in references in Council minutes as early as 31 October, 1955, but there are no formal minutes for the period 1955 to 1957.

The majority of records relate to the Winter Works Program (1959-1968). Series also includes records on the relocation of easements because of placement of buildings on such easements (1969-1976). Topics covered include gates and culverts, sand removal and disposal, signage and sidewalk construction. Relations between the municipality and other levels of government are documented.

The series includes correspondence, meeting minutes and agendas, financial statements, membership lists, annual reports, incorporation documents, constitutions, and other materials.
Series consists of records that were obtained from the Brunswick Cannery site after is was operated as a fishing camp for the Imperial plant at Steveston (1930-1939). After 1939 the buildings were reopened and used for net and boat storage and local Japanese fishermen and their families resided in some of the buildings along with other fishermen and a caretaker. Records contain information regarding residents and fish tallies between 1941-1942.
Brunswick Cannery (Canoe Pass, B.C.)Series consists of log books recording the daily operation of tug boats used in the B.C. Packers' oyster operation, mainly the M.V. East Delta, M.V. E.F.N., Togo No. 1, and M.V. Jervis Queen. Major contents include destination and time on each course, weather conditions and nature of work. The boats were largely used to tow scows loaded with oysters tot eh plant in Delta, and to position empty scows over the oyster beds. At low tide the empty scows would land near the beds to which the workers would walk and harvest the oysters. Full scows were then floated back to the plant. The "East Delta" was used by Mr. Christoperhson to travel to other oyster operations, and became a second home for John and Grace after the closure of the plant in Boundary Bay.
