Sous fonds consists of materials collected by Martin Keeley, and others, during his time as founder/director of the Point Roberts Heron Preservation Committe. The materials were generated from both his home in Point Roberts as well as the offices in Ladner, B.C. and Point Roberts, Washington.

Textual materials emails, letters, memos, notes, brochures, newsletters, articles, press releases, meeting minutes, presentations, addresses, statements, receipt books, month end materials, quotes and membership information that Martin Keeley or others may have thought pertained to the Point Roberts Heron Preservation Committee. The newspaper articles have been removed from the textual material and placed in the Martin Keeley and Friends of Boundary Bay Newspaper Clippings Binders. These binders can be found on the Reference Library bookshelves.

Photograph material includes photograph prints, contact sheets, negatives and aerials regarding events attended and hosted by the Point Roberts Heron Preservation Committee.

The fonds consists of records assembled by the Friends of Boundary Bay through their office and research centre. Records include some administrative records of the Friends of Bounday Bay; some administrative records (such as minutes and membership lists) of the Boundary Bay Conservation Committee (a separate organization working in the same area); newsletter, brochures, and other published materials from various other environmental groups; reports to Delta Council and excerpts from Delta Council meeting minutes on various environmental issues; bulletins and copies of letters to various politicians regarding environmental issues; and artiles, reports, and newspaper clippings on various environmental issues, such as golf courses (especially the Boundary Shores golf course), landfill sites (especially Burns Bog), the Boundary Bay Airport, the Vancouver International Airport, road construction, bird populations in the Boundary Bay area, and other environmental issues.

Sous fonds consists of materials collected by Martin Keeley, and others, during his time as a member of the Fraser for Life Communications Society and executive director of the Friends of Boundary Bay. The materials were generated from both his home in Point Roberts as well as the offices in Ladner, B.C. and around Delta.

Textual materials include financial records such as receipts, checks, funding applications, etc., correpondence letters, emails, notes and memos, press releases for events and fundraisers, court case records for the case between the Fraser for Life and the Minister of Department of Indian Affairs, minutes, notes, brochures and membership information for the Fraser for Life, press clippings regarding the organization and finally restricted materials. The newspaper articles from this sous fonds have been removed from the textual material and placed in the Martin Keeley and Friends of Boundary Bay Newspaper Clippings Binders. These binders can be found on the Reference Library bookshelves. Graphic material includes photograph prints and negatives.
