Dell, John O.The fonds consists of records that document the activities and functions of the Human Resources office at TWU. It provides a unique source of information regarding all personnel-related policies and procedures at the University, including salaries and benefits, recruitment, hiring, orientation, and review and evaluation. The minutes of the Staff Representative Committee are also found within this fonds (Series 03). This committee was established in 1997. As per an email message dated 09-12-97 the Chair of the committee was to sit on the new Administrative Council of the University. The committee is made up of 5 staff members, as well as 2 Ex-Officio (non-voting) members. The latter two were identified in 1997 as "The Director of Personnel" and the "President or Executive Assistant to the President."
