Series consists of a large binder containing administrative and financial records of club activities, grouped together by year. This includes monthly highlights, meeting minutes for lunch meetings, executive meetings, and annual general meetings. Also included are financial statements, annual budgets, annual reports, and president's reports. In addition, a letter to the Minister of Environment, Lands is included. Records from 2010-2015 were donated at a later date, and are stored in file folders as they were not originally part of the binder.

Wittnauer co., The Goldsmith’s Stock Company of Canada Limited, Geo H. Lees & Co., Limited, P.W. Ellis & Co. Limited, Levy Bros Coy Limited. Also includes a debenture of $10 to the Vernon Boy Scouts Association, and an invoice for an advertisement with The Interior Advertising Agencies.

Series consists of one scrapbook and one binder that contain records related to the Capsule College events. This includes flyers and pamphlets, programs detailing lectures, reports and evaluations, and various photographs accompanied by descriptive captions. Photographs have been cut and glued to papers within the binder. Also included is various correspondence, including letters, facsimiles, and printed out emails. Series also includes cut out or photocopied newspaper articles related to the Capsule College events and CFUW. The scrapbook is exclusively news articles. One DVD is also included, titled "Mary's Cottage AGM 2009."

CPR Watch Inspection Forms

Series consists of rule books and blank forms used by a CPR watch inspector. Rule books are from 1958 and 1979, detailing regulations to be followed regarding railway-grade watches and watch inspections. Includes invoice form for inspection, certificate of standard time form to be issued upon completion of an inspection, form to fill out when employee fails to submit or present their watch for comparison and rating with standard time, and a watch cleaning records. Also includes a blank CPR stationary request form.

Queen's Visit

Series consists of records of luncheon and dinnerware items provided for the Queen and her family by Jacques Jewellers during her visit in 1971 and 1989. These dinnerware items were later re-sold to the public by Jacques, via special register. The ledger included in the series details which customers purchased which items upon resale.

Series consists of ephemera collected by or distributed by Jacques Jewellers. Includes P.J. Locke Insurance Agency card, advertisement for an agent with London Underwriters Agency of the London Assurance Corporation, customer receipts for Jacques Jewellers in the 1970's, and a badly damaged news article titled "Every Jeweller Should Read This." The series also possesses two "My Wedding" booklets distributed by Jacques, which contain wedding advice and a blank gift registry. Also included are instructions for Zoomscope, blank papers with the F.B. Jacques and Son letterhead printed at the top, an advertisement for Jacques, and blank CPR inspection forms.

Fonds consists of the personal memoirs of T.H. Butters. Written sometime between 1925 and his death in 1940, the memoirs are a chronicle of Butters' life from early childhood in England, his years of travel around the world, and his settlement in the Okanagan Valley. The memoir is entitled "My Reason for Settling in the Okanagan" and was written by Butters in response to an invitation to speak before the Okanagan Historical Society.

Each entry contains the pilot's name, license and signature; the make of aircraft; the aircraft's registration numbers or letters; where the aircraft was flying from and to; the date and time of arrival; and the date and time of departure from the Vernon Airport.
