The fonds consists of six interviews of uneven quality offering interesting details of battle experiences particularly of the difficult in the trenches. The fonds also consists of 30 colour photographs of World War One veterans interviewed by Elizabeth Hazlitte between 1983-1984. The interviews are included in the Military Oral History collection. She based the character of Katherine Maltwood "on her work as a sculptor and her discovery of the Glastonbury "Temple of the Stars"". This play was performed at Kaleidoscope Theatre in 1996.
