Williams, M.Y. (Merton Yarwood)The Riverview Hospital Historical Society collection consists of the records collected and maintained by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society (RHHS). Through their museum and library, the RHHS acquired and stewarded records documenting the history of Riverview Hospital, the British Columbia School of Psychiatric Nursing, and the history of psychiatric care in British Columbia.
The collection consists of a range of documentary forms, including: reports, theses, newspaper clippings, newsletters, publications, correspondence, manuals, plans and drawings, directories, inventories, procedures, programmes, annuals, invitations, motion pictures, personal narratives, staff lists, minutes, study notes, scrapbooks, ephemera, and photographs depicting aspects of social and administrative life at the hospital and school.

Congregation Emanu-ElThe fonds consists of records created and collected by Harry B. Hawthorn in a number of different capacities: as researcher, professor, Dean of Anthropology and Director of the Museum of Anthropology. Textual records in the fonds include correspondence, transcripts, research notes and clippings from publications. Much of the graphic materials relate to Harry Hawthorn’s interactions with aboriginal communities as an anthropologist, a professor, and as the Director of MOA. Other images relate to his personal life, documenting his youth in New Zealand, his life as a father and anthropologist, and his later established professional roles.

Admissions OfficeThe fonds consists of 6 files of research material used in the production of Sedgwick's master of arts thesis concerning the Chinese community in Victoria, B.C.: The Context of Economic Change and Continuity in an Urban Overseas Chinese Community. The fonds includes photographs not reproduced in the thesis, and transcriptions of interviews with members of the Chinese community that include recollections of family, neighbours, neighbourhoods, and local businesses.

The missionary subscription lists include those of the Lower Fraser Circuit for the period 1914-1920, mainly listing subscriptions from the Coqualeetza Institute. Also, there are a few records of marriages in the civil register that took place in Alberni, B.C., most likely at the Alberni Indian Residential School.

Sonthoff, HelenThe fonds consists of records generated by six of the seven Headmistresses of Crofton House (Miss Jessie Gordon has no extant records): Sara E.G. MacDonald, Ellen K. Bryan, Muriel Bedford-Jones, Rosalind W. Addison, Barbara Emmerson, and Barbara M. Walker. Other series include correspondence and reports from the Registrar's office, an extensive thematic filing system from the Office Manager, and financial records from the Bursar's office such as the General Ledgers and budgets. The Office of the Registrar series also includes student records. The Administration Office fonds is a rich source of information about the everyday occurrences of the school at any given time.
