This series consists of records related to the construction and operations on Colony Farm at Riverview Hospital. The materials relate to the original construction planning and dyking done to create Colony Farm, as well as some of the early auction and sale records of cattle and horses.

This series consists of assorted materials collected for reference purposes by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society and originally acted as a reference library when the Society ran its museum. It contains publications, clipped articles, studies, DVDs, transcripts, and pamphlets. In addition to its reference collection, the series contains a subseries of the scholarly communications and theses arising from research undertaken at Riverview Hospital. Many publications are originals; however this series also consists of copies of articles.

The series relates to Boire's involvement with several community organizations and initiatives in Maillardville. Firstly, it encompasses the records of Boire's time with the Maillardville Residents' Association (MRA), on its Maillardville revitalization and planning Task Force, which was instrumental for advocating for development activities. The series also contains records about the development of Place Maillardville, the Coquitlam Heritage Society, as well as the Vancity Maillardville Advisory Committee. Lastly, the series contains fliers, ephemera, and articles about events in Maillardville, including the Festival du Bois, and the 2009 Maillardville centenary.

Record types include agendas and minutes, correspondence, ephemera, brochures, newspaper articles, bulletins, and revitalization and development reports.

The series consists of material given to Boire by Caisse Populaire Maillardville Credit Union, when its assets were sold to VanCity Credit Union.

Record types include photographs and contact sheets, brochures, bulletins, fliers, ephemera, financial statements, minutes and agendas. The series also includes seals used by Caisse Populaire Maillardville Credit Union.

This series consists of copies of large format architectural plans of the buildings and grounds of Riverview Hospital, as well as some engineering drawings of drainage and water systems.

The drawings and plans depict Essondale, the Boys Industrial School (BISCO), Crease Clinic, East Lawn, and the proposed Female Chronic Building.

The series consists primarily of photocopied materials accumulated by Boire relating to the history of Maillardville as well as the research notes he created during the process of writing and publishing his book, "With Hearts and Minds."

Record types include newspaper articles and clippings, newsletters, printed materials, correspondence, recorded interviews, reports, biographies, inventories, handwritten notes, photographs, a map, a thesis, and digital records. The series also includes manuscript copies of "With Hearts and Minds."

The series documents the activities that Cunnings was involved with and led during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department and the development of the Department over time.

The series is arranged into thirteen files according to subject, and consists of textual records, photographs, ephemera, and newspaper clippings detailing sports, recreational programs and classes, parks and facility development, and events and initiatives undertaken by the Department, such as BC Summer Games, and Coquitlam Centennial celebrations.
