Series consists of records relating to Clifford’s academic writings for journals, including original research and book reviews. Series also consists of records relating to lectures and presentations at The University of Chicago Divinity School, The University of British Columbia, and at various academic and church events. Records include lecture notes, copies of articles and reviews, and correspondence.

Student papers and notes

Series consists of records relating to Shaver’s classes and assignments as an arts and theology student at United College in Winnipeg, and as a summer school student at Union College in Vancouver. Records include lecture notes and essays.

School photographs series

Series documents almost thirty years of John Edwin Loucks' career as a teacher and principles depicting him with his colleagues and students. Loucks taught at various North Vancouver elementary and high schools including North Star, Capilano and Eastview Schools. Series is arranged chronologically.

Diploma

Series consists of 1 framed diploma from UNBC bestowing the title of Professor Emeritus on David Gomer Fish. Diploma reads as follows : "The University of Northern British Columbia, British Columbia, Canada, The Chancellor of the University of Northern British with the approval of the Senate bestows the title of Professor Emeritus on David Gomer Fish, In Witness Whereof and by the Authority duly committed to us we have hereunto set our hand and seal, May 1997, R. Alex Reed, Registrar, Iona Campagnolo, Chancellor, Charles Jago, President."

Series consists of 38 diskettes of the electronic records of Dr. David Fish, which have been migrated to 1 CD-ROM.

Convocation 23 May 1997

Consists of drafts of a speech introducing Ray Williston for Honourary Doctor of Laws degree from UNBC, presented at the 23 May 1997 UNBC Convocation, as well as correspondence dealing with Williston's honorary degree.

Lydia Gruchy family photographs

Series consists of records relating to Lydia Gruchy’s personal life and education, and includes both photographs of her graduation class as well as photographs and textual materials relating to her family.

Student papers

Series consists of records relating to research, essays, and projects undertaken in fulfillment of requirements toward Searcy’s Bachelor of Arts, Master of Divinity, and Doctor of Ministry degrees.

Correspondence

Series consists of records generated by the correspondence between Sorensen and family members, as well as emails between Sorensen and individuals from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre. Records include handwritten and typed letters, postcards, and emails. The letters and postcards were primarily typewritten on a typewriter, with two postcards being handwritten. The series includes an envelope addressed to Loesje Stein.

Publications and manuscripts

Series consists of records relating to publications such as books, essays and articles written both by and about Rev. Lydia Gruchy including the graduation thesis of Lydia Gruchy, multiple articles and biographies, interviews, and a school yearbook.

Lectures and addresses

Series consists of records relating to Searcy’s public presentations in various settings, primarily about congregational ministry, to lay and clergy leaders of the wider church. Records include scripts and handwritten notes.

Teaching and worship materials

Series consists of records relating to Harrison’s teaching and worship leadership activities at the Vancouver School of Theology. Includes lecture notes, sermons, and orders of service.

Student notes

Series consists of a notebook relating to a course on New Testament criticism, which he was likely enrolled in at Knox College, Toronto.

Personal records

Series consists of textual and graphic materials relating directly to Sorensen. Records include a photocopy of an original document sent from Sorensen’s Montessori school, an original report card from Sorensen’s 1942/1943 year at Montessori school, and 3 original hand drawings done in pencil. The drawings were done by Sorensen when she was around 16 years old.
