The final series in this fonds consists of one file containing a program for the "Freedom Ceremony" celebrating Delta's 90th Anniversary (1969), and a promotional newspaper entitled "Delta Election '71 News". which promotes the "Delta Team" of municipal candidates including incumbent Mayor Dugald Morrison, Alderman Doug Watkins, Ernie Burnett, and Harold Savage.
