Northeast Coquitlam Ratepayers AssociationThis series consists of records that were original personal fonds and collections acquired and preserved by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society's during its existence. It contains the personal collections of nurses, doctors, general staff, British Columbia's first Provincial Botanist, and a patient at Riverview Hospital. Each file includes records such as study notes, photographs, ephemera, correspondence, newspaper clippings and pamphlets.
The series consists of 15 files, each corresponding to its original creator or donor: Ken Baker, Loretta Barnet, Ultan Patrick Byrne, Jean Campbell, Edna Colvin, John Davidson, Sheila Dumore, William Headridge, Alyce Hockin, Lois Kaldestad, Catherine Murray, Judy Pendry, Dorothy Pocock, Hazel Shepard, and Georgina Bernice Petty.
Series consists of legal documents sent to the Clerk?s Office or signed and sealed by Council and registered under the Clerk?s docket system. Such records include public works contracts, service agreements, deeds, development permits, development variance permits, subdivision permits, zoning and rezoning permits, grant documents and insurance policies, as well as some supporting correspondence. Each docket was given a unique docket number by the Clerk?s Office and filed numerically. Generally speaking, the dockets are the original records corresponding to Council resolutions dealing with the acceptance of agreements or approval of permits. The first two dockets contain records relating to the District?s incorporation.

Northeast Coquitlam Ratepayers AssociationThe series consists of records relating to awards and recognition received by Russell Hellard for his various volunteer positions, including his award for Citizen of the Year in 1989. The series includes photographs of awards and ceremonies, as well as the corresponding certificates and correspondence regarding the awards. The series also includes a number of personal photographs of Russell Hellard's family and home.
Hellard, RussellSeries consists of the minutes of public hearings that usually concern zoning law changes. Public hearings are open to the public and are attended by the Mayor and Council and appropriate staff including the Planning Director, Municipal Engineer, Municipal Clerk and their deputies. Arrangement of the records is chronological. Prior to 1978, public hearing minutes were kept as part of Committee and Commission minutes, and began in 1959.
Zoning and land use legislation cannot be adopted without a public hearing to address their possible effects on property owners. The minutes are the legally required reports on these hearings.

Corporation of the District of Fraser MillsThis series consists of records created and accumulated by the School of Psychiatric Nursing at Riverview Hospital. It includes administrative and financial records that informed the operation of the School, annuals (yearbooks) of each graduating class of the School, the publications accumulated from national psychiatric nursing organizations, as well as graduation and departmental photographs.
Record types in this series include manuals, reports, policies, handbooks, staff lists, event programmes and invitations, minutes, study notes, yearbooks, and publications.
