Series consists of a scrapbooks collected by the Local Council of Women. There are four different books, dating 1936-39, 1952, 1962, and a large volume with dates ranging from 1936-1955. The scrap books include articles about the Council of Women clipped from newspapers, as well as other memorabilia, including annuals, ribbons, and photographs. The largest scrap book has an index, as well as photos.

Series consists of a book entitled “History of the New Westminster Credit Women’s Breakfast Club.” The Breakfast Club was organized on August 5, 1934, with the purpose of promoting the interests of women who were employed in the credit profession. The book contains an account of what the club did on specific dates, written by different club historians over the years. The book presumably belonged to a member of the Local Council of Women.

Series consists of reports created by the New Westminster Local Council of Women in order to record their annual meetings. The content of these reports include individual activity reports by the president, secretaries, and various committees, financial reports, and law and safety reports. The reports also contain lists of the elected members of the Council, and information on events that happened during the previous year. Copies of the reports were also created in order to provide them to the National Council of Women of Canada. There is also a folder of miscellaneous reports created by the Local Council on many different subjects, such as resolutions, reports from smaller committees, and reports created for other levels of the Council of Women.

Series consists of material related to J.P. Bole's interest in history: a copy of his 1954 report to the Native Sons of B.C. his role of Grand Historian. The report contains an account of the naming of Belcarra where the Boles owned property. There is some material on the RCMP schooner, the St. Roch, including a letter from J.S. Matthews, Archivist for Vancouver, copy prints from the Vancouver Archives, and newspaper clippings regarding commemorative plaques established by the Native Sons of B.C.
