Mulvena, of Irish heritage, was born in Sherbrooke, Quebec in 1856. He was called to the bar in 1881 and began practice in his native city. He was appointed a district magistrate for the judicial division of St. Francis in 1896.
Scope and content
The fonds consists of a scrapbook of newspaper clippings plus a folder with loose clippings, re Irish political situation, both in the U.K. and in North America.
