    The Human Resources Section, one of the City’s Administration departments, provides professional advice and human resources services to City Council, City employees and the public in the areas of: employee recruitment; compensation and benefits; training and development; occupational health and safety; and labour relations.

    Series consists of correspondence, memos, reports, draft agreements and other records documenting labour negotiations with municipal employee unions (CUPE Local 394, CUPE Local 718 - Richmond Civic Employees Association, and Richmond Firefighters Local 1286), including joint negotiations in association with the Municipal Labour Relations Bureau and the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
