The pictures were taken all along the British Columbia coast from the San Juan fishing grounds on southwestern Vancouver Island to Prince Rupert. Included are photographs taken at salmon producing lakes and rivers in the interior of British Columbia. Some of the photographs originated at food shows in Europe and the Tokyo wholesale fish market.
