The collection consists of photographs taken during the reconstruction/repair of the dam. Includes the new spillway and the widening of the dam, also archaeologists at work and machinery at work.

The fonds consists of the records and documents of the Lytton Water Supply Company Ltd., from 1911-1930, 1940 and 1947. Includes company minutes and financial records which outline the company's internal administration and community activities. The last minutes in this book are dated June 6, 1930, and this is the only book which has surfaced so far. This book also includes the list of shareholders and their 'shares' history, and the list of directors from Nov. 6, 1914 to 1949.

The fonds consists of correspondence to Ruth Shumaker from John Noble, Forest Ranger, in 1970. Includes a report on the 'Burtot' Forest fire south of Lytton, which started Aug. 5, 1970.
