Biographical history
Nitinat, a railway logging camp at the head of the lake began in 1926 and had several owners. From 1946 BC Forest Products owned it. In 1955 a road was built to the area, 1957 the railway was closed and the last logs were dumped. When the club was formed and when it ceased is unknown.
Custodial history
The records were donated in 1986 by Edith Walker.

The fonds consists of 4 series relating to the business of the club. The series consists of correspondence, banking, payroll deductions and financial journals.
