Biographical history
The Office of Evening Division was established in 1951 to administer evening courses. The function was assumed by the University of Victoria in 1963. The Director was Robert T.D. Wallace, 1951-1963.
Custodial history
The records were transferred to the University of Victoria in 1963.

The fonds consists of miscellaneous correspondence, 1954-63; Pre-school correspondence, 1961-63; Dominion Bureau of Statistics reports, 1957-63; Report on History of Evening Division, 1948; Financial reports, 1949-63; and R.I.A and C.G.A., 1950-1963.
