The fonds consists of the operational records of the Coquitlam Teacher Librarians' Association from 1964 to 2017. The records include the constitution, meeting minutes, grant and funding information, award information, statistics, contacts lists, and records relating to annual conferences.

The fonds consists of ledger books from 1916 to 1942, minute books from 1918 to 1941, an account book from 1912 to 1917 and various loose textual records relating to the school board and Pitt Meadows Elementary School including invoices, letters, reports, memos and flyers. A photocopied page of the minutes of the Pitt Meadows School Trustees for September 1899 is also included. Fonds also consists of records relating to the general business of the Board and of the Department of Education for the year 1946. Three photographs of the Pitt Meadows School No. 2 (Richardson School) are also part of this fonds.

The fonds consists of a ledger/cash book for the years 1974 to 1976, minute books for 1960 to 1973, a membership book for 1952 to 1975, and various letters and flyers relating to the organisation. Also contained within this fonds is a scrapbook full of letters, photographs, news clippings, and ephemera.
