The fonds consists of ledger books from 1916 to 1942, minute books from 1918 to 1941, an account book from 1912 to 1917 and various loose textual records relating to the school board and Pitt Meadows Elementary School including invoices, letters, reports, memos and flyers. A photocopied page of the minutes of the Pitt Meadows School Trustees for September 1899 is also included. Fonds also consists of records relating to the general business of the Board and of the Department of Education for the year 1946. Three photographs of the Pitt Meadows School No. 2 (Richardson School) are also part of this fonds.

The fonds consists of various records created by the District of Pitt Meadows. These records include, but are not limited to: purchase orders, invoices, memos, election posters, blueprints for the Pitt River No. 2 pumping station, a copy of the first minutes of the Pitt Meadows Municipal Council, voters lists, maps, plans, and tenders.
