History
The South Similkameen Museum Society was formed in 1973 and operates the South Similkameen Museum at Keremeos, B.C. The museum acquires, preserves, and makes accessible artifacts, archival records, and historical reference material relating to Hedley, Cawston, Keremeos, Olalla, and surrounding area, including the Indian Reserves of the Upper and Lower Similkameen Bands.
