              The fonds consists of one black paper photograph album comprised of photographs taken during Cameron's travels up the Mackenzie River with her niece, Jessie Cameron Brown, May to September, 1908, and photographs taken during Cameron's trip to Britain, 1909-1911. Some Canadian photographs were published in Cameron's book "The New North: Being Some Account of a Woman's Journey Through Canada to the Arctic" (1910).

              Series contains records created or received during Trotter's work for Amata. The earliest records in this series pertain to a legal battle concerning 1982 and 1983 amendments to Amata's constitution in order to bar women considering an abortion from accessing Amata’s services. More recent records were created or received while Trotter served on the board of directors, where she worked to change the society’s organizational structure into a non-hierarchical collective. In this role, Trotter took meeting minutes, defined job descriptions, created staff evaluation policies, and participated in union negotiations.

              Records include correspondence, meeting minutes, membership lists, contact lists, annual reports, financial statements, a Supreme Court of British Columbia legal order, newspaper clippings, different versions of Amata’s Constitution (1979, 1982, and 1983), funding contracts, the Amata board of directors manual, internal ‘house rules,’ handwritten notes, time cards, union negotiations, collective agreements, job descriptions, interview questions, conflict resolution policies, staff evaluation policies, strategic planning templates, a Writ of Summons with Statement of Claim, insurance records, employee benefits proposals, purchasing receipts, graphs describing program use, unfilled registration forms, and pamphlets.

              The fonds consists of sixteen series: university employment; 1977-1996; university teaching, 1974-1988; grant applications, 1980-1995; publications, 1975-1997; conference papers, 1978-1991; presentations, 1980-1997; unpublished papers, 1975-1995; Gertrude Richardson research, 1985-1996; Leicester Peace Society research, 1992-1993; women's movement, 1983-1996; peace movement, 1986-1997; miscellaneous correspondence, 1979-1998; family correspondence, 1987-1997; illness and death, 1998; photographs, 1986-1993, and Canadian women peace activists oral history interviews, 1987-1989. The university employment series includes curricula vitae, job applications, and self evaluation files which document Roberts employment history and her publications and committee work, etc. The university teaching series includes course outlines, take home exams, and student handouts which shed light on her approach to teaching. The grant applications and publications series together provide an overview of the range and direction of Roberts' research interests. While most of the series are based on record type, the Gertrude Richardson research and Leicester Peace Society Research series are arranged by subject and contain correspondence and grant applications; the Gertrude Richardson Research series also contains conference papers. The Women's movement and Peace movement series both contain correspondence, although some correspondence pertaining to them will be found in the miscellaneous and family correspondence series. While the miscellaneous and family correspondence series consist almost entirely of inward correspondence, both contain a few printouts of e-mail correspondence or letters from Roberts which shed light on her daily life and research projects. The Canadian Women Peace Activists series contains interviews about and with Canadian women who were peace activists before 1960.

              Fonds consists of records made or recieved by the Association in the course of its activities. Activities documented include incorporation; meetings of the Annual General Meeting and various committees; maintenance of membership; financial management, budget planning, and grant applications; correspondence with member centres, regional representatives, government ministries and agencies, and other organizations; and development of a training strategy ("Planning for Change") and other projects. Records include correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and supporting papers, policies and procedures, financial records, agreements, published materials retained for reference, and notes, drafts and working papers.

              Caroline Adderson fonds

              The collection consists of materials that relate to Caroline Adderson's work as a writer. Types of materials include: versions of drafts of manuscripts, many with holograph annotations; incoming and outgoing correspondence in the form of handwritten and typewritten letters, and hard copies of email and fax; research relating to her work including collected works by other writers; notes that relate to and inform her literary work; promotional, personal, and research-related photographs; reviews of her work; and a collection of published work in monograph and serial format. These monographs and serials have been catalogued in SFU's Special Collections catalogue. Materials were accessioned in varying states of organization. Much of the material was and remains intermingled, and some had been organized and described by Adderson. Some folders have been written upon by the author, accompanied with explanations of the contents of the corresponding files. In this finding aid, RAD applies consistency to the body of material, but the descriptive contents within the actual folders are not consistent for this reason. All information Adderson has provided about her records has been kept with the appropriate papers.

Records related to Zonailo's work as a member or the planning committee of the C.G.
