These items have been arranged into files, each in a bag, based on their content. File 2022.24/11/0/16 is in a separate box containing objects from a shadow box, including photos, rings, an engraved spoon, a foam jewellery holder, a scrapbook paper frame, ribbon, and a paper tag.

Conservation
Metal items have been placed inside bags with similar items. The shadow box, which contained a broken frame, mouldy photo frames, and deteriorated adhesive, has been disassembled and its items placed in an acid-free storage box. Mouldy photographs have been photocopied, and photographs or copies have been placed in sleeves.
