The 2002 Winter Games Committee and sub-committees were established in 1998-1999 through volunteer membership to develop and promote the Winter Games to be held in Quesnel in the year 2000.

Scope and content
The fonds consists of meeting minutes, correspondence, volunteer forms, bank and financial statements, souvenir invoices and requisitions, promotional ephemera, including posters, pamphlets, brochures, a lapel pin and manuals. The fonds also includes one music CD and one colour photograph of the Winter Games Committee members.
